the hotel was quite old and could use a good refurbishing, and the noise from the so-called entertainment was downright unbearable. I half expected a room upgrade or at least some compensation for all the discomfort, but alas, I guess red-carpet treatment only happens in fairy tales. I almost wrote a positive review, but just couldn’t.

Rooms were on the small side, lacking sufficient storage space, and the air conditioning was either too loud or turned off unexpectedly, making hot nights a challenge. I found myself hunting for seating in the dining area, which was often overcrowded and chaotic during peak meal times. Plus, the cocktails at the bar were overpriced and underwhelming in alcohol content, not quite the refreshing treat you'd hope for after a long day in the sun.

The lifts were wonderful. quick and spacious, making it easy to get around. The indoor pool was such a lovely touch too, especially during those cooler times when we wanted a swim indoors. Loved every minute!
